It is only meant for activities around the house like doing your chores, watching TV, working from home, etc. It will not provide any support for activities like jumping or while doing asanas during yoga. But the speciality of it is that it can very well be used as a plus size night bra.
How many plus size night bras should I buy?
We recommend that you buy at least 5 plus size home bras so that when you are using one in the day, you can change into a fresh one for the night, which will mean you will have 2 in the wash and one fresh one in your underwear drawer.

Adira’s plus size home bras are made with cotton lycra fabric of around 160 GSM which gives it the right sturdiness to give you support, be comfortable & last multiple wash cycles. When used very regularly they last for over 6 months. However, for hygiene reasons, it is always recommended to replace your underwear every 6 months.
